Alex treats each wedding as a unique affair, bringing her beautifully wild floral decor that is fresh, inspired, and original to celebrations in NYC and beyond. Her natural approach and her use of unusual flowers allow each wedding to feel unique. These blooms often reflect the native and ephemeral beauty of the region, showcasing seasonal varieties that may include wildflowers, perennial garden flowers, fragrant herbs, and lush greenery.
Full Service Wedding Design Includes but is not limited to:
Initial Consultation
Full mood boards, including design plans and estimates
One site visit and walk through
Samples (may require an additional fee)
Centerpieces and table-scapes, and consulting regarding table decor and rentals
Access to our rental inventory
Installations such as Chuppahs, arches or suspended decor and custom builds for these design elements
Personals for you and your wedding party
Delivery & set up by a team of professional floral designers

ABOUT OUR DESIGN PROCESS
Throughout the wedding design process, we work closely with our clients not only to make your wedding beautiful - but to make it intimate and reflective of you as a couple. We take the time to learn about you, to listen to your vision. And then we translate that vision into flowers. After contract, we revise the proposal according to your feedback. We review the plan together. We communicate.
1) Send and inquiry and book a 25-35 minute consultation via zoom, phone, or in person
2) Receive a proposal for your wedding flowers within 10-14 days
3) Sign a contract, and send your $1,000.00 Save-the-Date Deposit
4) Receive revisions to your mood-boards, either after a scheduled call or emailed feedback
5) Email/set up as many calls as you like between contract and your wedding day
6) 8-12 weeks before your wedding, schedule a walkthrough and sample viewing of the event space with Alex, if required
7) 4 weeks before your wedding, pay 50% of the total invoice
8) 5 days before your wedding, pay your balance, 50% of the invoice less $1,000.00 deposit
9) Be wowed by the florals on your big day!
